Today's career tip is
- Work on improving your productivity rather than just putting in long hours.
Can we discuss ways of improving our productivity on the job or even in our businesses?
Meanwhile, I read in a post recently that people don't like employing Christians because they use company time to do other things, e.g. Reading christian books, typing their church membership database etc. I suppose that's what some people use some of the long hours to do? Can we address how to balance our spiritual well-being with our job requirements?
